Video-based website and downloadable app will make Kingston news and events readily available with 100 percent local content
Kingston, Ontario, April 9th, 2014 – VIVA Productions President & CEO and recipient of the 2013 Kingston Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award Anthony Agostino is launching a new video-based website and app – Station 14. Station 14 will serve as Kingston’s first digital hub of 100 percent local content available 24/7 at your fingertips.
“Station 14 supplies that one platform where you can find everything Kingston. Whether that’s the events, restaurants, local artists, musicians, local businesses – everything is right there at the palm of your hand.” – Jamie Patterson, Video Journalist
Station 14 video journalists Jamie Patterson and Braden Dragomir, alongside host and producer Chelsea McDermott, will be in the Kingston community every day searching for local news and feature stories to share on their website – but it doesn’t end there! In addition, the public can also have their own video content or community events posted to the Station 14 website and free app.
Station 14 will officially launch their website www.station14.ca and free app (available on Android and iOS devices) on Monday, April 14th, 2014. Stay connected and be sure to “Like” them on Facebook and follow them on Twitter @Stn14Kingston.
